We bought a brand new, very expensive luxury car, and right away started having problems with it. For some reason, the car wouldn’t recognize the key fob, and wouldn’t start. Sometimes the error message came up while driving that the key is not in the car. The manufacturer first reprogrammed the keys, then replaced them, and then replaced the remote control receiver inside the car, but the problem kept coming back on the way home from the dealership. Every time it happened, I recorded it on video and provided to the manufacturer, and later to Tim’s office. I first contacted Tim on August 29. Yesterday November 3rd, we turned in the car and received a check for $37,600. It took 63 days for the whole process, without having to go to trial. I am really impressed.
