Laura has 10 years’ experience in customer service and is highly organized, efficient, and client-focused. She handles clients’ initial calls and inquiries, keeps them informed at every step of their claim, and ensures a smooth process for all our clients from their first call to final settlement.
Outside of work, Laura can be found spending time with friends and family, trying out new recipes, and enjoying live music.
