2011 Sonata with a pulling/steering defect. Thirty six (36) month lease. After a three (3) day trial, the jury awarded plaintiff more than plaintiff's expert evaluation for the loss in value of the vehicle even though the car had more miles than the allotted lease contract allowed, plaintiff sustained damage to the car and the defense had a video of the car tracking straight down the road.
